1. What drove you to start CrossFit?

A form of exercise that would challenge me and help me to improve my fitness and physique.

2. How long have you been with CrossFit Pretoria?

8 months

3. Who inspires you?

Everyone who always comes back again, no matter how stiff, sore or tired they are.

4. What are you doing when you’re not at CrossFit?

Studying or enjoying time with friends.

5. Interesting fact about you that people don’t know?

I used to represent South Africa in Karate.

6. What was your favorite childhood program?

Ed, Edd and Eddy.

7. If you had a superpower what would it be and why?

To Fly. It would be the coolest feeling.

8. What would be your perfect workout?

Anything without Wall Balls.

9. What’s your favorite movement?

I enjoy a good squat, front or back squat.

10. What has been your most memorable moment at CFP?

Tearing my pants doing front squats. It wasn’t pretty!
