10mins work up to 1 Rep Max clean & jerk

then with 50% of that clean & jerk do the following:

4min AMRAP squat cleans
2min rest
3min AMRAP power cleans
1min rest
2min AMRAP clean & jerk

CROSSFIT LITE:
10min AMRAP medball cleans

then

4min AMRAP KB clean&jerk
2min rest
3min AMRAP KB sumo deadlift high pull
1min rest
2min AMRAP KB swings

BARBELL CLUB:
Back squats
5-5-5-5-5RM

then with 50% of 5RM
10-10-10-10-10

  • GYMNASTICS CLUB:
    20min EMOM:
    Odd: 10 strict pull ups
    Even: 10m handstand walk
