    Min 2: 20 Sit-ups
    Min 3: 30 Double-unders
    Min 4: 10 Burpees, over bar
  • CROSSFIT LITE:
    On the minute for 20 minutes:
    Min 1: 10 KB Swings 16/12kg
    Min 2: 15 Sit-ups
    Min 3: 60 Skips
    Min 4: 5 Burpees
