Get fit during lunch break with CrossFit Pretoria Express.
CrossFit Express is a quick and intense crossfit-style workout designed to get you in and out in 30 minutes. Our CrossFit Express WODs (Workout of the Day) include a brief 5-10 minute warm up a 15-25 minute workout. CrossFit Express is perfect for those that are looking to get back in shape, have limited time to devote to fitness, and/or are interested in learning the fundamental movements and principals of CrossFit. Lastly, it’s worth noting that every CrossFit Express workout is completely modified to the individual–this means that you will work at your own pace and intensity and that a Qualified CrossFit Coach will ensure that you only execute movements that you are comfortable with.
Our goal is to get you in and out with a quick, constantly varied workout that will leave you feeling exhilarated and prepared for anything. Please note there is no heavy bar work, so there is no need to complete our Fundamentals Course.
However, this program can be a great ancillary to Fundamentals as well as a way to ease into our regular CrossFit workouts if you so choose.
