During the trial session you’ll learn exactly what CrossFit is about. We’ll teach you a few basic exercises – AIR SQUAT, PRESS UP and SIT UP. You’ll also do a 10min workout, and you can work at your own pace! This is a great chance to meet the coaches, ask some questions about CrossFit and what we offer and experience why we are different from other gyms. We look forward to meeting you!
