We make sure our members are well educated and equipped to get the most out of each workout, and to minimize injury.
The 8-session Fundamentals Course is designed for people of all backgrounds and skill levels and run every 2 weeks on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays at 18:30 and Saturdays at 10:00.
When you attend these sessions, our coaches will:
– Explain the CrossFit methodology and run through box etiquette.
– Teach you the foundational CrossFit movements.
– Discuss “scaling” movements.
– Take you through an example CrossFit workout.
You are required to attend the 6-Day Fundamentals course before you start booking regular classes.
Fundamentals Courses are limited to 10 people and booking is essential.
