CrossFit is not just a group-based program, and not everyone is suited to group training. Whether you need help with weight management, improving your movement technique, or you just need that extra motivation, one-on-one training gives you more ‘you’ time with one of our coaches.
You can also make use of a single one-on-one session:
A focused one on one coaching session can be extremely helpful and can often hold that moment of breakthrough where things just ‘click’ into place. If there is an area of your CrossFit game that needs some focused attention then a CFP 1-on-1 session is for you. There are a number of high skill movements like the olympic lifts or gymnastics movements like handstand push ups and ring muscle ups that require a ton of technique work. The 1-on-1 session provides this focused environment for you where you can make some rapid improvements.
Mobility is something that we all need more off but never seem to get around to. Why not set some time aside to work with a coach to improve those tight areas that are restricting your movement? We will plan a mobility session specific to your needs and take you through coach assisted mobility movements that you can not do by yourself.
